Mirka is a mother of two and a physiotherapist by training. She has more than 20 years of experience as a physiotherapist in both infant therapy and neurological adult clients. In addition, she has 10 years of experience as a corresponding physiotherapist in the Tulppa groups of cardiac patients. In the spring of 2018, Mirka graduated as a FLT-Ravintovalmentaja® (nutrition coaching) trained by Paula Heinonen. She also has studies in the basics of nutrition science at the University of Helsinki and the basic studies of Sports Nutrition at the University of Eastern Finland. She is also a reflexology baby masseuse as well as a psychophysical physiotherapy professional.

Mirka offers FLT-Ravintovalmennus in Lahti and reflexology baby massage home visits in the Lahti area.
In baby massages, 3-5 treatments are recommended to achieve a good result.
